Establishment of a working team to answer a UOR of the UK MoD

The Challenge:
 
UK MOD published its requirements for a fully integrated solution to one of its Urgent Operational Requirements in theatre.

The answer for this UOR a required combining several capabilities into a fully coordinated working team

The Process:

DE&M Consultancy identified the project requirements and the system specifications. All relevant companies were approached and their capabilities were evaluated.

Technical meetings between the chosen parties were conducted and an integrated system was offered and was demonstrated to the UK MoD

The Achievement:

The working team that was proposed and initiated by DE&M Consultancy was short listed and will demonstrate the updated integrated system to the UK MoD.

The integrated system will be also presented as a full solution to other worldwide markets.
